Pro Club Pathway.
The Millwall FC Lionesses PDC is an Official Training Centre & Professional Performance Pathway providing exceptional whole game development for aspiring young footballers through to the MFC Lionesses Academy in London.
PRO CLUB ENVIRONMENT.
Our highly experienced UEFA A and B Licensed Coaching Staff, including ex and current professional footballers and coaches deliver an Academy level training programme with support of Individual Development Plans and regular performance reviews. Players are expected to show a high level of attitude to learning and will learn professional standards on and off the pitch.

Our core focus is on providing exceptional development support to our young players whilst providing unrivalled footballing opportunities to help them reach the top of the game and to maximise individual potential. As a Millwall FC Lionesses PDC Player you will have the opportunity to represent Millwall FC in fixtures, tournaments and tours.

The opportunity to represent Millwall FC Lionesses Development against a wide variety of other professional football club programmes in fixtures, tournaments & official tours.
At PLYR Football Academy we are all about creating opportunity, helping our players be the very best they can be & to maximise their individual potential. That’s why we have partnered with the ERWFL Club & Millwall FC to bring you the Official Milllwall Lionesses Player Development Centre.
Players will experience a weekly professional club academy football training programme following a technical coaching syllabus. Aimed at creating the next generation of top female footballers, it offers young players the opportunity to train & play in an elite development environment, while providing a genuine pathway for progression through to Millwall FC Lionesses. The programme is structured over a full season, where players will work on a variety of technical elements designed to enhance their game in a pro-club environment, delivered by highly experienced FA & UEFA coaches.
All players will be required to attend a trial session, and if selected will then register as an Official Millwall Lionesses PDC Player. During the your time with the Player Development Centre our Coaches will support and analyse the players, giving them their own Player Profiles, maintaining regular 1-to-1 performance feedback, and tailoring goal-setting for each individual to help every one of our players to progress to their best.
